Volunteer

Welcome!

It is an honor to be a part of the Cipriani Elementary School community as your principal. I bring over 15 years of experience within the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District, having served students across both our elementary and middle school settings. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of our district and a strong foundation in fostering high-performing, inclusive learning environments. I am passionate about bringing our Profile of an Empowered Learner to life by creating opportunities for students to think critically, innovate boldly, and advocate courageously in hopes of preparing them to be happy and successful in an ever changing world.

What makes Cipriani truly special is its people. Our Wildcat community is made up of dedicated and talented teachers, caring and engaged families, and, most importantly, our incredible students. Together, we share the responsibility of helping every child learn, grow, and discover their unique strengths. As a mother, lifelong community member, and native who grew up in San Mateo and Belmont, I am deeply committed to our student’s and community’s success. I look forward to building on Cipriani's long tradition of excellence and ensuring every Wildcat feels empowered to thrive.

Mrs. Caroline Baldonado

Cipriani Principal
