Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Cipriani. There are many ways to get involved: working in your child's classroom, helping our PTA, taking prep work home, supervising for yard duty, etc.
Our district has a volunteer clearance process, which requires volunteers who may be alone with students to have fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice. The benefit of this new system is that your fingerprint clearance will be valid for your entire time in Belmont-Redwood Shores-you only have to be fingerprinted once.
This form must be completed yearly by each individual who wishes to volunteer within the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District.
Though you must complete the online form yearly, the fingerprint clearance process only needs to be completed once.
If you volunteer on campus during school or on a field trip you need to have Volunteer Clearance on file with the district. There are several levels of clearance and some take longer than others. If you plan to volunteer please start going through the volunteer process as soon as possible.
Please see the BRSSD Volunteer site to start the process.
