PTA Fundraising List


How can you help the Cipriani PTA benefit your children?
Here is a checklist for the best possible ways to contribute to the success of our programs.

 
  • Membership. Have you turned in your membership envelope? The class with the highest return rate hosts the official Cipriani Wildcat in their classroom for the entire year! Help your child achieve this honor by joining today.
  • Non-A-Thon. Yes, we still accept (gratefully) old-fashioned donations. Planning your taxes? Why not donate to Cipriani PTA? We will issue a receipt for your tax-free donation.
  • Sign up for eScrip! Register by phone, mail or online! This is the #1 way to help raise money - all while shopping at your grocery store and other merchants.  Visit www.escrip.com or call 1-800-592-0942 and register for Cipriani School #140657569. Family and friends can participate by registering too!  Please see below for further information.
  • Target Charge Card. Register your Target charge card and 1% goes to Cipriani School. Call 1-800-316-6142 and register for Cipriani School #29803. Family and friends can participate by registering too!!
  • T-shirts, Sweatshirts & Water Bottles. Be the proud owner of a Cipriani School T-shirt or sweatshirt or water bottle. Click here for ordering information.
  • Box Tops for Education. Yes, those cereal box tops DO make a difference. Last year we raised over $300 with this program. The Box Top collection box is located in the office.  Please see below for more info.
  • Gift Wrap. Have you turned in your order gift wrap? This fundraiser is our largest one-time program to help kick off the year.
  • Book Fair. This is an annual favorite and all proceeds go directly to the library for more books. The Book Fair Kick Off is on a Saturday in October for the family to browse and shop and runs for a few more days with visits from each classroom.
  • Candy Sales. We will be offering candy sales at 2 times during the year. The first order will start early November with delivery scheduled early December.
  • Annual Dinner Dance/Auction. This is our big fund-raiser for the year. Help with the planning of this event, donate items or/and services, dance and party with friends and neighbors and/or bid on some great donations. Please don't miss this event!
  • Printer Cartridge and Cell Phone Recycling.  Drop off print cartridges and old cell phones so that Cipriani can earn money recycling them.

Welcome to another great year at Cipriani School! 


Box Tops offers three easy ways to earn cash for our school through everyday activities such as buying groceries, shopping online and purchasing books.
 

  1. Clip — Clip Box Top coupons from hundreds of participating products and send them to school, to your child’s class or in the office. Box Tops coupons are worth 10¢ each when our school redeems them. Those dimes add up!!  Last year we made about $700.00 for our school. 
  2. Shop — Shop at your favorite online stores through the Box Tops Marketplace (btfe.com/marketplace). Up to 8% of each qualifying purchase is automatically donated to our school. There is no additional cost to your purchase and many exclusive deals and discounts can be found! 
  3. Buy books — Purchase books online at Barnes & Noble through the Box Tops Reading Room. Our school will receive 6% of your new book purchases and 3% of all other online purchases.

 
One of the easiest ways you can help is to sign up to support our school at www.btfe.com. You will learn about new and easy ways to help our school earn the extra cash it needs.

2011-2012 eScrip is one of Cipriani’s most important fundraisers, donating over $8,000 annually to the PTA.  If you are not yet registered, please sign up today.  It is FREE and takes just minutes to register.

Please Update Your eScrip Account Today

Please make sure your eScrip account is up to date with all of your current credit card and debit card numbers.  This is especially important if you have been issued new cards since you first signed up for eScrip.  Here’s how to update your account:

1.   Go to http://www.escrip.com/

2.   Click on “my escrip”

3.   Sign in using either your username or supporter ID number and password

4.   Go to “Account Administration” to view and update your profile

Q: How do I sign up for eScrip?
A:  Go to http://www.escrip.com/.  Enter Cipriani’s name or group ID#140657569, and then click on “Sign Up” (Be sure to have your grocery loyalty cards, credit card numbers and debit card numbers handy.)

Q:  I don’t have online access.  Can I still sign up?

A:  Yes.  Please contact Cipriani’s eScrip Coordinator, Jennifer Fisher, at 650-592-3788 and she will handle the registration for you.

 

Q:  Can friends and relatives also sign up with eScrip to support Cipriani?

A:  Absolutely!  What a great way for grandparents, friends and neighbors to support your child’s school.  It is FREE and takes just a few minutes to sign up.  Ask for their support TODAY!   

 

Q:  Do I have to tell merchants I am signed up for eScrip in order for Cipriani to receive a donation?

A:  No.  The great thing about eScrip is there is no action required on your part once you are signed up, except to renew your Safeway Club Card annually and to update your account if you receive a new credit or debit card.  That’s it!

 

Q:  How can I find out which merchants participate in eScrip?

A: Please visit www.escrip.com and click on “Family of Merchants”.

 

Q:  I don’t remember my ID or password to access my eScrip account online.  What should I do?

A:  Visit http://www.escrip.com/, click on “my eScrip”, and then click on “Forgot your password”.  eScrip will send an email with your supporter ID and password to the email address on file for your account.  If your email address has changed since you signed up, please click on the “Help” link and access the “Support Form”.
